Hiring process

The process begins with searching for a job opening that interests you.

Applying at Voxbone

Please send a resume and cover letter in English to job(at)voxbone.com and specify the opening you are applying for.

Your qualifications and experience will be reviewed by one of our recruiters to determine if you are a fit. If you are a possible match for the position, a recruiter will contact you to schedule an onsite meeting.

Phone interview

Sometimes a recruiter may give you a short phone call to learn more about your background, to evaluate your English level or to better understand something in your resume.

This is a good opportunity for you to ask any question you may have.

Onsite interview

No formalities here. Interviewers will ask you questions about your education and working experience in what will look like an open discussion.

  • Know what interests you have about Voxbone and why you’ve applied.
  • Familiarize yourself with Voxbone's services.
  • Ensure you can substantiate anything your resume says – for instance, if you list Java as your key programming language, questions about this are fair game and may be asked of you.
  • Be able to explain why your personality and experience may help Voxbone.
  • Do not say things you think we want to hear. Remain yourself and show us how you're different.

What happens next

Following your interviews, we will decide if you are suitable for the job opening. We take hiring very seriously and like to make consensus based decisions. To that end, it can take up to two weeks for us to make a definitive decision as to whether we'd like to have you join the team.

Please be patient with us – your recruiter will keep in touch with you when feedback has been received and decisions made.
