Junior Java Developer
VOXBONE is looking for a Junior Java Developer who will work in a team of experienced developers and engineers.
You will actively contribute to the developments of the Voxbone website, back office applications and the Voxbone API (web services).
Your main task will be to understand, maintain and develop further all existing Java applications based on your collaboration with internal customers.
You will be working in an open source environment including Java, Linux, Tomcat/Apache web servers, MySQL databases, Maven, Eclipse and other standard web technologies
Key Responsibilities :
* Participate in the analysis, design and refactoring of new and existing applications.
* Maintain, improve and further develop our web services API, back office tools and website.
* Administer and assess the dimensioning of our web based infrastructure including Linux machines, Java application servers and MySQL databases.
* Creation and management of test plans, test cases, test scenarios
Profile :
* A degree-level education
* Experience with the following technologies is an asset: HTML, javascript, JSP, CSS, Java Server Faces, JSTL, Hibernate, Spring, JUnit, Maven 2, SVN, Eclips, SOAP (xfire), Tomcat, SQL, MySQL, Linux, Debian, Ubuntu

Junior Account Manager
VOXBONE is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join its Sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
* Providing customers with service information and quotations
* Ensure a professional handling of all customers' inquiries and issues
* Build, develop and maintain sustainable business relationship with customers
* Represent Voxbone at tradeshows and events to meet potential and existing customers
* Manage accounts, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and opportunity management
Profile :

Legal Assistant
VOXBONE is looking for a Legal Assistant to join its Legal & Regulatory Affairs team based in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities :
The legal assistant is responsible for supporting the team for any administrative and paralegal tasks.
* Template development & management:
- development of contract templates & tools for the business according to defined requirements in standard Voxbone lay-out; editing documents, proofreading.
- posting templates and tools on intranet and make sure that information remains updated (version management)
* Assistance in regulatory requirements:
- Application for licenses: collecting corporate documents (eg by-laws, excerpt company register, board meetings), obtaining legalization (by notary public) and apostille (by Ministry of Economy / Foreign Affairs),
- Maintenance of licenses: conducting enquiries in Voxbone systems & databases, preparing statistical info and figures to be submitted to NRAs, assisting in replying to any questions, queries and enquiries from NRAs;
- Translate documents or instruct for translations.
* Budget management
- managing office rental space (Regus and others)
- Assisting in law firm selection and RFP procedure
- Update tool to manage budget for: outside counsel fees, license & numbering fees, virtual office, legal representative or local agent, translations costs, other expenses.
* Secretarial support:
- Handling mail: sending letters by telefax, ordinary or registered mail or fedex, making scanned copies
- phone calls, filing, organizing meetings and traveling;
- Invoice management
* Abuse Inbox: Handling all complaints received in the abuse inbox and related matters: taking receipt of complaint by Carrier or Law Enforcement Authority, collect info with customers, pass through info to required destination within deadline;
* Contract management and repository: Update proof process and repository for contracts.
Profile :
* Secretarial studies or equivalent through experience
* At least 2-3 years of working experience
* Experience in a law firm or a in house legal department is a strong asset
* Fluent in written & oral English – Additional languages are assets
* Proficient knowledge in MS Office;

Telecom Business Engineer
VOXBONE is looking for a Telecom Business Engineer to join its Interconnect team based in Brussels.
The Telecom Business Engineer is responsible for giving support to all activities of Voxbone in relation with other carriers. He/She represents Voxbone on a variety of interconnection issues with other telecommunications operators regarding interconnection, usage, rates and tariffs.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational maintenance
* Ensure operational maintenance of assigned interconnection agreements by coordinating with engineers, accountants, economists and other quantitative professionals in the development of risk analyses, rates and tariffs, regulatory and business strategies, budgets, and intercompany billing
* Define procedures to ensure efficient interconnect processes across the company.
* Maintain effective relationships and a high level of satisfaction with other telecommunications operators to increase the organization’s total revenues
New interconnect agreements
* Negotiate new interconnect agreements with incumbent operators.
* Manage the projects and be overall responsible for all aspects of the interconnect services
* Assess the technical and business requirements for supporting number portability, legal intercept and directory services.
* Make recommendations on the technical aspects
* Liaise with technical team in order to adequately implement commercial and regulatory agreement into technical aspects
Profile :
* Master in electronic engineering, or bachelors in electronic or telecoms science

VoIP Developer
VOXBONE is looking for a VoIP Developer to join its R&D team based in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities :
As part of the R&D team, the VoIP Developer actively contributes to the development, and deployment of new features on Voxbone's VoIP network. At Voxbone VoIP Developer works in an open source environment including Java, Linux, Asterisk, Kamailio, MySQL databases, Jain-SIP, Heartbeat Clustering and other technologies.
Maintenance
*Ensure that Open Source technologies is adapted to suit Voxbone needs
*Analyze bugs reported by support team and provide fixes
Development
*Develop new call features in Java and C.
*Develop new features in the core network
*Train teams about new features, and give them support when they deal with issues that arise;
*Ensure document design of new features
*Ensure to always propose the best technologies for Voxbone by keeping up to date with VoIP trends and RFCs, and by evaluating new technologies
Profile :
* A degree in computer science, or a master in engineering (IT), or equivalent through experience
* Strong Linux Skills (especially Debian and/or variants) - Prior Linux development experience is a strong asset
